ANIM Crew Visits Madrid Present Awards To Nigerian Ambassador To Spain,

Participates In Spanish Cultural Festival

Through attending, identifying and contributing to inclusive global progress and platforms, ANIM has become a strategic media partner and pal of many like-minds both locally and internationally and has been at the frontiers of enviable engagements and events. with visitations across the globe that are recognizing reachouts, rewarding relevance, bolstering bonds and inspiring inventiveness. Its crew, the duo of its senior correspondents, comprising Ms. Ayisat Na’allah and Mr. George Peter recent travels to Great Madrid in Spain, have further reinforced the organisation’s journalism resourcefulness, expansion and impact, making the media industry and country shoulder-high among the comity of nations.

ANIM continues to participate and partner with projects and programmes promoting people’s improvement and the planet’s sustainability.

Their presence as the only known Nigerian journalists at the 2022 1001 BODAS, an international exhibition centered on wedding and related events held at the acclaimed IFEMA venue has brought deserving honour and their active participation at the Tradeshow has significantly promoted ANIM international journalistic vision and Nigeria’s media growth. Its broad engagement at the Fair is now rapidly introducing Spanish growing wedding and allied industry and relevant investors to the Nigerian business clime, thus prompting desired investment drive, opportunities and partnership-support between Spain and Nigeria, among others.

In the same vein, the crew also paid a courtesy-call to the Nigerian Mission in Spain to familiarize with its ongoing works, explore ways of development collaboration, stimulate greater works of improvements and also presented a plaque of ‘Outstanding Leadership to the Head of Mission, Ambassador Ademola Seriki, CON for an applaudable diplomatic representation and a job well done.

Embajada de Nigeria en Madrid, one of Nigeria’s diplomatic establishments in Europe is a Nigerian leading diplomatic representation with strong presence and influence in Europe. Actively and positively dedicated to the vital national interests of Nigeria and to the promotion of home continent integration in the host country Spain, the Mission over the years has maintained a consistent goal of developing an extensive range of Consular, Bilateral relations and Nigerian Citizens Diplomacy.

His Excellency, Amb. Ademola Rasaq Seriki CON, the Head Of Mission, is ably supported by a caring, warm and dedicated envoy, Ms. Beatrice Uwani Danladi, the Head of Chancery, (who received the award presented by ANIM on behalf of the Ambassador) other envoys and staff doing greatly and flying Nigeria colours high in Spain and Europe.

‘The Nigerian Mission in Spain under a distinguished, compassionate and functional leadership is enhancing the interest of Nigeria in Spain and pursuing the overall protection of Nigerians in Spain’.

Moreso, towards promoting increased economic viability and entrepreneurial development, the visiting journalists also had wonderful experience interacting and inter-phasing with Spaniards of Nigerian descent and Nigerians living and working in Spain who daily contributes to national development, with a lead visit to Nigerian–Born Spaniard Mr. Brian Esibe Collins. Mr Collins, President of the Spanish Bioenergy Association (SBA) and CEO OF CITIGATE, S.L. a Madrid based company and one of the leading trading companies into feedstocks and renewable energy. During the visitation and extensive media chat with Mr. Collins, ANIM crew also presented him award of ‘Recognition of Excellence’ for his extraordinary entrepreneurial skills, mentorship and trade contributions.

Before returning back to Nigeria, the official visit also afforded the reporters opportunities to briefly toured the city of Madrid, participated in this year Spanish Halloween festival (a rich cultural event to behold), savoured some native cuisines and tasty drinks and also bringing home souvenirs from the land of Spain.
