IMEX Host a spectacular 2oth Edition in Frankfurt, Germany

The Atmosphere was secured and safe and the ambience was simply beautiful to behold as over 9000 attendees including suppliers, event professionals, visitors from diverse business attractions in the meetings industry around the globe gathered in joyous, businesslike and friendly moods in a city and country reputed to be one of the most welcoming and accommodating in the world.

The rallying event was the 20th Edition of the global meetings and exhibition , organized by IMEX-Group; a revered and relevance international organization who just won the ‘Best International Show-Americas’ at the recent AEO Excellence Awards honoured IMEX America 2021 which took place in November last year.

Fostering connections that matters, the IMEX 20th edition hosted in Frankfurt was a testimony of recognition, resilience and reputation of an organization whose leadership, planning strategies and envisage outcomes that will promote productivity and profitability.

In a tip of what was to come in Germany in 2022, IMEX-America 2021 hosted in Las Vegas, Nevada, was a demonstration of determination to succeed, satisfy and sustain the industry players inspite of the rage of the covid-19 pandemic. And as the coronavirus pandemic and its attendant crises gradually recedes paying way for renewed global travels and tours, IMEX 2022 in the Bundesland has proven that a post-pandemic global movement is now possible again.

The Frankfurt event was an impressive trade fair with arrays of programmes, ranging from education talks, various B2B meetings, robust press/information dissemination center, leisure/recreational programmes and the show main exhibition display at the Frankfurt Messe in Germany.

A spectacular event

For the international visitors arriving from various nations to the 2022 IMEX-Frankfurt.: the presence and courtesies of greeters at the airport, the line-up of luxury buses to convey to the center, the various health and security checks in place, safe locations for the keeping of participants properties, surrounding cafeterias and restaurants to provide sumptuous meals and refreshments, soft musical renditions to ease pressures and lighten the spirits, a free wifi environment for broad internet connections and many more human and environmental comfortability to enhance an international trade participation of such magnitude and respectability are some of the event benefits put in place by the planners to be enjoyed.

The main exhibition center was adorned with modern indoor esthetics, impressive spacing, decorations and exquisite fitting. Each organization and their representatives presented their products, services and organizations in unique styles from their various booths that depicted the uniqueness of the countries represented.  It also provided avenues where cultural display, emblems, gifts and souvenirs, literature, information and national messages were accessed and provided.

Among some of the highlights was at the Britain’s booth, where one of the meeting days coincided with the platinum celebration of Her Royal Majesty the Queen of England and the British exhibitors marked the event with such infectious merriment. On the last day of the event, there was plenty to eat, drink and diverse music to dance to, as both the exhibitors and visitors mingle freely and were happy that not only that such economic and socio-cultural connections could be possible again, after the almost unending devastations of Covid-19.

Acclaim Nigeria International Magazine, ANIM, one of the press-promoters of IMEX events was there with its crew to cover the Frankfurt fair. The media organization, the only press attendee from Nigeria covered and reckon the successful of the show. Led by its Editor-in-Chief, Mr. Olumide Ogunlade, ANIM visited stand after stand, interacted with exhibitors, visitors, some of the organizers and all expressed delight at the level of preparedness and the successful outcome of IMEX Frankfurt 2022 event.
